FDLC Vapid Stanier 1998

Credits:
- Rockstar Games - original model
- Failz - improved stanier
- Jacob - mapped stanier
- Adam, Nee - lightbar
- M188 - trunk equipment
- Toxic - antenna, console
- Takasaki Green - edit lightbar to FDNY spec, carcol edits, liveries

note:
- DO NOT reupload this to anywhere if it without your own editing
- You're allowed to use this for your MP server, so long as appropriate credits are given.
- Please don't ask me for help if you're using any kind of MP server. I only using SP so I don't know how to solve it.
