Installation Instructions:
Copy the folder "emc_svj63m" to:
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Open update.rpf from:
\Grand Theft Auto V\update\ using OpenIV
Navigate to: \common\data\
Extract dlclist.xml to your desktop.
Open dlclist.xml with a text editor and add the following line:
makefile
dlcpacks:\emc_svj63m\
Save and replace the original file with your modified version.
Install VehFuncs V (Download: https://gtafc.com/threads/vehfuncs-v.66/)
Then place the "VehFuncsV" folder into the root directory of your GTA V installation.
Once installed, use a trainer or car spawner to spawn the vehicle.
