Made and uploaded this a while ago but was taken down, wanted to update it a bit before i reuploaded it, so this is technically 2.0 as the original was available in my discord.

FIVEM ADDON - drop into your server resources folder, open your server cfg and in a new line add "ensure s15saleem" or "start peptos_180sxfranxx"
SINGLE PLAYER - Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
than with OPEN IV Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
open the xml in edit mode by right clicking and clicking "edit" add new line
